About Sarah Shanahan-Mallows
Sarah is an author, copy writer, lyricist and poet. Her love for the written word established her early career as a commercial writer for a number of industries from fashion to hospitality and financial consultancy. Poetry and song lyrics followed, and her first novel for young adults, Lizard Legacy, was published in 2021.

Her latest works are a series of illustrated children's books about Awendrog , The Wizard on The Lizard.

Since undertaking a beach lifeguard support qualification, Sarah's passion for sea safety, together with her love for the rugged natural beauty of the Lizard peninsula, her Cornish home, has inspired her to write books that combine both.
By creating books that appeal to all ages, Sarah's dearest wish is that the message of sea awareness and life saving, entwined with fun and intriguing stories involving Cornish folklore and Celtic magic, may one day inspire a coastal accident to be prevented, or a tragedy avoided.

She is currently working on a number of projects including two novels which are a departure from the sea safety theme; one of which is a Christmas story (which has recently been released), and the other which concerns the UK education system. There are more Wizard on The Lizard titles in the pipeline and possibly both a prequel and sequel to Lizard Legacy.

The Epiphany of
Clementine Gingersparkles

For all those who love Christmas!
Darcy realised that finding oneself questioning everything in which one has ever believed, can have quite a destablising effect on a person.
One can feel rather lost, particularly when everybody else seems so determinedly on track, all revelling in the much promised Comfort and Joy of Christmas.
Uncertain of so many things, she asks herself a question. Could there be a way for her to reclaim the festive feeling that she had once so faithfully enjoyed? Or was Christmas, now, just too far beyond her reach?

and all those who love magic!
At the southernmost tip of the country, The Lizard - a Cornish peninsula- quietly welcomes the
Spring Equinox. It is unfazed. It has seen it many times before.
For best friends, Alexander, Roberta and Andy, the astronomical event does not merely herald the dawn of a new season, but that of a new era.
Finding themselves drawn into a quest, the teenagers
are led on a journey that immerses them in local folklore, Celtic legend, Greek myth and...
a uniquely Lizard magic.
However, no one can halt the passage of the sun, and time is running out. Somewhere, on this ancient Serpentine rock, they must find...
the one who holds dominion over death.
